Sponsorship Policy &

Kingdom Wellness Center is committed to maintaining the highest level of client confidentiality.

Sponsors and organizations do NOT have access to:

• Personal session discussions
• Coaching notes or documentation
• Worksheets, journals, or reflections
• Specific services or packages selected by the client

All client-related information shared within sessions and the client portal remains private and protected.

Sponsor Portal access is restricted and granted only under specific conditions.

• Organizations sponsoring clients through structured agreements may be granted access upon approval.
• Individual sponsors (non-organizations) will NOT receive access to the Sponsor Portal.
• All sponsor access must be reviewed and approved by Kingdom Wellness Center.

Sponsors who provide one-time payments or single-session support will NOT receive:

• Portal access
• Ongoing client visibility
• Continued updates

One-time contributions are considered completed upon payment and do not establish an ongoing sponsorship relationship.

Sponsors who commit to multiple sessions, ongoing financial support, or time-based agreements may be granted access to the Sponsor Portal, which includes:

• Viewing sponsored client status
• Tracking attendance
• Submitting payments
• Requesting documentation or meetings

Approved organizations may view:

• Session attendance (attendance only, no session content)
• General engagement status (Active, Inactive, Completed)
• Ability to request referral letters
• Payment tracking and submission records

Sponsors will NOT have access to any confidential or therapeutic content.

Sponsors are responsible for:

• Submitting accurate payment records through the system
• Ensuring timely payments based on agreed sponsorship terms

All submitted payments are subject to verification by Kingdom Wellness Center.

All sponsor-related communication should occur through:

• The Sponsor Portal
• Official system requests

This ensures proper tracking, organization, and response management.
