Client Policy & Agreement

All services provided are life coaching and personal development services.

• These services are not therapy and do not replace mental health treatment.
• If you are experiencing mental health concerns, please seek support from a licensed therapist or medical professional.

• Payment is required prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• By booking services, you agree to keep a valid card on file.

• Packages must be used within a reasonable timeframe (recommended within 60–90 days unless otherwise stated).
• Sessions included in a package are non-transferable unless approved.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in:

• Loss of that session
• Or a cancellation fee (at provider's discretion)

• All services and packages are non-refundable once purchased.
• Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Kingdom Wellness Center.

Clients are responsible for:

• Attending scheduled sessions
• Completing assigned reflections or activities
• Engaging honestly in the coaching process

Results are based on individual effort, consistency, and participation.

• Access to portal content, modules, and resources is based on the selected service or package.
• Content may unlock progressively based on session attendance or program structure.
• Access may be limited if payment obligations are not met.

All client information is treated with respect and confidentiality. However:

• Coaching services are not protected under the same legal confidentiality standards as licensed therapy.
• Information may be disclosed if required by law.

If participating in community features (e.g., "Your Story Matters"):

• Be respectful and supportive of others
• Do not share harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Maintain privacy and do not share others' personal information
