Appointments are scheduled through our website, email, or direct communication. Our coaches will work with you to find the best time for your sessions.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please inform your coach as soon as possible. This allows us to offer that time to other clients and ensures our coaches can manage their schedule effectively. You can reach us via email, our website contact form, or direct message.

For clients interested in our coaching services, we require a consultation booking deposit to ensure commitment from both parties. This deposit confirms your appointment and respects the time we dedicate to preparing for your session. No refunds will be issued for consultation deposits. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our scheduling and prevents missed opportunities for other clients.

We provide a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you have a no-call, no-show during your scheduled time, it will count as a missed session. After 3 no-call, no-shows, depending on your situation, continued services may require reapplication and an administrative fee. As long as you communicate with us about your absence, no penalties will be applied and rescheduling is handled with understanding.

We are committed to responding to all communications within 24 hours. You can reach us via email, our website contact form, or direct messaging. We value clear communication and are here to support you.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide 24-48 hours notice along with your availability for the next session. Same-day walk-ins are generally not accommodated, as each client receives a tailored coaching plan that requires proper preparation and dedicated time. The only exception would be for emergencies or if otherwise instructed by our team.

You have the right to cancel services at any time. Kingdom Wellness Center also reserves the right to discontinue services under certain circumstances. For couples or group coaching, if one party decides to terminate services after payment, the other participants may continue for the remaining duration of their original package. Any additional services beyond the original plan must be discussed and require a new agreement.

We understand that life happens. If our team is unable to meet for an appointment due to personal circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule. We ask for patience and understanding during such times. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for negative behavior and ask that all interactions remain respectful and professional.

Kingdom Wellness Center offers competitive pricing that reflects the quality, professionalism, and personalized attention we provide. Our rates account for the time invested in creating customized coaching plans, resources, tools, and ongoing support for each client. We are committed to delivering exceptional value and transformation.

Once payment is received, refunds are not available under any circumstances. During your initial consultation, you are encouraged to ask any questions about our services and packages. If you decide at a later time that our services are not the right fit, we will work with you to postpone services or apply your payment toward future offerings when you're ready.

Some coaching experiences may include group components or allow guests to participate. If guests are waiting, they may do so in designated areas and should not interrupt ongoing sessions unless invited.

Kingdom Wellness Center focuses on life coaching, spiritual growth, and personal development. We are not a medical facility and do not provide medical, psychiatric, or emergency services. Any needs outside our scope will be referred to appropriate professionals.

All coaching sessions are conducted via video calls, phone, or in-person meetings (when available). We also communicate through email and messaging platforms for scheduling and brief check-ins. Detailed coaching discussions should be reserved for scheduled sessions to respect everyone's time.

We primarily conduct sessions via video or voice calls to provide a personalized and realistic coaching experience. While we do not require clients to speak on camera, we ask that you be able to hear clearly so we can communicate effectively and cover all necessary topics within your session time.

While video coaching is commonly used (because it adds visual cues), phone coaching remains a valid and practical option—especially for clients who want anonymity, convenience, or simply prefer voice interactions.

Kingdom Wellness Center is a Christian-based coaching practice that incorporates biblical principles and faith-centered values into our approach. This is not an imposition but reflects our heart for helping others grow holistically. Clients of all backgrounds are welcome and respected.

We welcome clients of all ages. For clients under 18, a parental consent form is required before beginning services. A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors to sessions or provide written authorization.

We accept referrals from organizations, churches, schools, and other professionals. If you would like to refer someone to our services, please reach out through our contact form or email.
