This No Harm Contract is an agreement between you and Kingdom Wellness Center to ensure a safe and supportive coaching environment.

We are committed to your well-being and growth. This contract outlines important safety agreements and boundaries that support your journey.

Safety Agreements

I commit to not engaging in any behaviors that could harm myself. If I experience thoughts of self-harm, I will immediately contact emergency services (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or 911) or reach out to my support network.

I commit to not engaging in any behaviors that could harm others. I understand that maintaining healthy boundaries and respectful interactions is essential.

I agree to seek professional mental health support if needed. I understand that coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or psychiatric care. If I am experiencing a mental health crisis, I will contact appropriate professionals.

I commit to honest and open communication with my coach. If I am struggling or experiencing challenges, I will communicate this during our sessions so we can work together effectively.

I understand that in case of immediate danger or crisis, I should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Kingdom Wellness Center is not equipped to handle emergency situations.

I understand that coaching focuses on personal growth, goal-setting, and spiritual development. It is not therapy or medical treatment. My coach will refer me to appropriate professionals if needs arise outside the scope of coaching.

I understand that my coach will maintain confidentiality except in cases where: (1) I pose a danger to myself or others, (2) abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult is suspected, or (3) required by law.
